These terms cover your use of theidlebreakout.com. By visiting the site, playing the game here or reading our guides, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About This Site

TheIdleBreakout is an independent fan website. We let you play Idle Breakout in your browser and we publish guides about the game. We are not the developer of Idle Breakout, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the developer in any official capacity.

The site is free to use. There is nothing to buy here, no account to create and no subscription of any kind.

Using the Site

You are welcome to use this site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. In return, we ask that you do not do any of the following.

  • Copy, republish or resell our guides or other content without written permission.
  • Scrape the site automatically, or place unusual load on our servers.
  • Try to break into, damage or interfere with the site or its hosting.
  • Embed our pages elsewhere in a way that hides where the content came from.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other visitors.

We may restrict access to anyone who does these things, without notice.

The Game and Its Ownership

Idle Breakout was created by indie developer Kodiqi. All rights in the game, including its code, artwork, name and design, belong to the developer. We make no claim to any of it.

If the rights holder ever asks us to stop hosting the game, we will comply.

Our Own Content

The guides, articles and written explanations on this site are our own work and belong to us. You may quote a short passage with a clear link back to the original page. Copying a full guide, or rewriting one so closely that it is effectively the same article, is not permitted.

Your Game Progress

Your progress is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It is never stored on our servers, which means we cannot see it, restore it or transfer it for you.

Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching device or browser will lose a run. Exporting a save code yourself is the only reliable way to keep one. We accept no responsibility for lost progress.

Accuracy of Our Guides

We check every number and strategy against the game before publishing, and we correct mistakes when they are reported. Even so, games get updated and errors slip through. Our guides are offered as help, not as guarantees, and following one does not promise any particular result in the game.

If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

Advertising

This site is free because it carries advertising. Ads are supplied by third-party networks, and the products or services in them are not chosen, checked or endorsed by us. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

We sometimes link to other websites where they are genuinely useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

We try to keep the site online and the game working, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Hosting problems, maintenance and updates can all interrupt it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.
